Andrew Collinge provides training to Apprentice Hairdressers throughout the county and as an Apprentice with us, you could be placed in any one of our placement salons across the North West.
Charlotte recently enrolled on an NVQ Level 1 Hairdressing Apprenticeship with Andrew Collinge and trains at Zero 4 Hairdressing in Liverpool.

I’ve been working at Zero 4 since September when I started my Level 1 Apprenticeship. I love meeting new people in my job. I also work with a great team of people which makes the job very enjoyable.

An Apprenticeship is a great way to gain experience in industry. A national survey showed that 89% of apprentices are satisfied with their apprenticeship; 85% of apprentices said their ability to do the job had improved, and 83% of apprentices said their career prospects had improved. Charlotte talks about why she became an Apprentice with Andrew Collinge.

I’ve always wanted to be a hairdresser. When i heard about the apprenticeship I thought it would be a good way of getting my first step into the hairdressing industry. After my apprenticeship I’d like to continue working with Zero 4 hairdressing.

In my spare time I spend a lot of time researching hairstyles online. I like to follow trends but I also like to set my own trends.
